Services
Logistics First provides logistics services primarily in high-end vehicle transportation, as well as film equipment transport, towing, office removals, and warehouse distribution. All services are subject to availability and may require a signed agreement outlining specific terms for each job.

 

Booking and Payment
Quotes: All quotes provided by Logistics First are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided by you at the time of the request.
Deposits and Payments: We may require a deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is due by the agreed-upon date, as specified in your service agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received as agreed.

 

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a booking, you may be charged a cancellation fee. The fee will vary depending on the notice period given and the specific service booked.
Cancellation by Logistics First: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or extreme weather. In such cases, we will either reschedule the service or issue a refund.
Refunds: Refunds are only available under specific conditions as outlined in your service agreement.

Liability and Insurance
Standard Liability: Logistics First takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe handling and transport of items. However, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Insurance: We recommend that clients obtain additional insurance for high-value items, as our standard liability may not cover certain losses. Please inquire about additional coverage options if needed.

 

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service experience, you are responsible for the following:

Accurate Information: Providing accurate and complete information regarding the items being transported, including weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements.
Access and Parking: Ensuring safe and legal access to pick-up and drop-off locations. Any additional costs or delays resulting from access issues may be added to your invoice.
Permits and Documentation: Obtaining any necessary permits or documentation required for transportation, especially for high-value items or regulated materials.

 

Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, the following items are prohibited from transport with Logistics First:

Hazardous materials, including flammable, toxic, or explosive substances
Illegal items or substances
Perishable goods, unless previously agreed upon
Any prohibited items discovered will be removed, and additional handling fees may apply.

 

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logistics First shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to reputation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
